Do all new Cybertrucks come with the Aeroflap over the start of the motorized tonneau cover?

I am looking into the CyberTent and I saw that Tesla has an Aeroflap retrofit for owners who buy the tent. Is this retrofit just for older model Cybertrucks, or all Cybertrucks that purchased the Cybertent?

The original part is secured with two t35 torx screws. The retrofitted tent one eliminates these screws.
