Proud owner of a new Cybertruck one week now! AMAZING vehicle!

I live very remote in the Iowa Driftless region. Our driveway is 3/4 mile long off of a longer dead-end road. All gravel. We are so remote, that we are off the grid with solar/battery. Perfect for our Tesla vehicles!

Even when driving 10 mph on the nearly 3 miles of gravel roads, the DUST collects in the truck bed like you wouldn't believe. It's like it's been vacuuming the gravel road! Tonneau cover is closed. My RAM 3500 dually gets very little dust in the bed and that without a cover.

Did a seal not get put in place? It's SO dirty, it's useless to haul anything in the back.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how was it mitigated?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

There's a space under the tailgate that happens to be in a low pressure area when driving. It sucks dust in. Open the Tonneau cover and look down at it. You can see the gap. There are many solutions to fill the gap and each comes with it's disadvantages. But, a piece of foam backing rod cut to length is a very cheap fix if you aren't opening your tailgate often.

I was looking for a piece of rolled foam that I could stick in the gap and pull out when I do not need it roll it up and put it in the under bed compartment

I have the same problem. I’ll try the foam thing to and also see if there’s a better solution that’s not so inconvenient.

There is a large gap in the bed that needs to be sealed. If looking at the bed from the tailgate the floor panel after the storage bin has a 1/2” gap along the left side. Toons of dust come in through it. I’m trying to find a solution but it’s very sloppy design in my opinion.

Foam rod backers come in different diameters or pool noodle cut to fit might work.
