Thank you @DumpsterFire for sharing this with us. It looks great. I see you added the D-lock rings to the floorboard. Those were already a tight fit without the extra lining. I assume you had them remove and replace them when all said and done? It looks very clean! Please share your six month and one year updates on how it holds up.

Does it mess up any of the truck bed accessory fitment?
Actually no. The D Rings work just as before. I was a little worried that the beer opener and the L Track Hooks might not work as well but they fit exactly the same as before the liner was sprayed in.

I actually didn’t remove them before they sprayed it. The tech told me it wouldn’t be an issue.

Seriously these guys did such a a great job. I am super impressed. I Iove that they were able to do the little door to the 110 & 220 plugs too!!

Looks like a good, clean application.

I'm curious - why did you feel this was needed on a composite bed? Was it mainly for the anti-slip properties?
Fair question. I’m not necessarily worried about the composite bed. I’m think it’s probably just fine. That being said, the Rhino Lining is a known and proven entity to me based on my past experience.

And yes besides the above, the anti-slip properties is the other big reason I did it. The truck’s design makes it relatively difficult to reach things if they’ve slipped forward in the bed without crawling up into the bed. I’m not getting any younger…. ?

Hi guys!

So I decided when I picked my truck up at the end of February that I’d get the bed/vault Rhino Lined.

I had a truck back in the day that was Rhino Lined that I loved so I figured, why not!? Haha

Here are some pics of the end result. It was completed a couple of weeks ago and has been used.

Super happy with the results! The tech Devin did an amazing job.

Andrew at Rhino Lining Utah was really great to work with.

it was the the first Cybertruck they’d done and he did some great research into how to get the lining to adhere to the bed. They used an epoxy first that cured for 24 hours then the lining.

Oh and FULL DISCLOSURE!! I didn’t ask for or receive a discount or any kind of remuneration for the lining. I wanted to give you all honest, and unbiased thoughts on it.

lemme know if you have any questions that I may be able to answer!!

Cheers!

DF.

How much more anti-slip would you say it is, compared to the finish on the stock composite bedliner? I can see it has a much deeper texture, but it also looks a little shinier.

I've already been super impressed with the traction in the composite bed when it's wet. My F-150 just had glossy paint and was slicker than snot. I could barely walk on it when it was wet and on a hill (like my driveway).
