This also gives me an opportunity to imagine what cars will be like 10-20 years with the pace of innovation accelerating

Apparently manufacturing cars at any kind of scale is hard, even when you hire someone else to do the hardest parts.

We didn't see a new car company get established in the US for how long? Tesla made it, Rivian might just pull it off if they can get through R2 scale up. Lucid? Fisker? Atlis/Nxu?

Lordstown is done, but we need a few more failures to get us back to historical ratio lol

The GF would likely settle for another Y, especially if its been updated but she is in love with the fisker and would actually like the blazer as her number two. I haven’t heard much about the blazer. Anyone got some insight there?
