Falling Asleep with FSD

Yes, I have, but never for more than a few seconds and I have never gotten any warnings. FSD seems to handle it quite well.

We tested this about a week ago. With my regular dark Oakley's on, polarized (not sure if makes any difference), I closed my eyes on roads we know for a good 3-4 minutes with no warnings all. Passenger was paying attention still btw.

But I was kinda shocked that it let me do that now, as in last it seemed not to I thought.

If close my eyes without glasses on it does still detect pretty quickly.

I don't believe they can see thru glasses so are allowing a pass somehow .

I know a guy that knows a guy that also knows a guy, and he said that guy has had at least 3 successful ,light, 20 min naps.

I also know another guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that recently had a 20 minute broad daylight nap, when all of a sudden Cybertruck decided to signal, pull over to the shoulder and stop, passing through a green light no less, warranting a honk from the truck following behind.

Depends on the glasses. I have a super strong astigmatism in both eyes so I think my plain glasses cause it some issues with seeing where I'm looking, but still don't prevent it from seeing me close my eyes. My dark UV and IR blocking sunglasses blind it. It can still see dad's eyes through his cheap sunglasses.
