I think the acceptance criteria for the rear-view camera should be that you can tell if a vehicle behind you is a cop or not at the same distance as looking through the side view cameras. So the dynamic zoom would be an option I would turn on, since 1.25 at least gives you *some* chance to tell what's driving behind you even though it is unexpectedly pixelated at 1.25x, but I agree with the OP that 1x or .5x is nice when you're in a parking lot or windy road.

I wish, while using blinker, the rear view camera would stay on, maybe move over to main screen while blinker camera stayed in left pane.

Personally, I would like to see a 1.50x option added. I believe that this would more closely replicate the view from a regular rear view mirror. Pixelation would most likely be worse, but may be able to be cleaned up via software enhancements.

Another great suggestion - the fact that it removes the rear-view is exactly why I turned that feature off. Having the side-view repeater slide in from the side to join the rear-view would be perfect.
