What's the difference between Current and Target Current, and why is only Target Current shown?

My thoughts exactly, don't understand.
Also why so little info, ifyour going to do it and post about it give some substance.

Was hoping for way better to be honest, especially considering these chargers don't really exist yet, at least not in practical terms for the general public. So maybe another 5-8 years before they are semi common, and then you get 5 mins of slamming electrons then a curve that looks similar to the slow CT curve we have now? I assume this is crazy software limited currently, at least I hope it is.
