Foundation series and EV charger tax credit

Just started working on my taxes and saw that they renewed the tax credit for installation of home charging equipment including bidirectional charging. Looks like the credit caps at $1k and 30% of the actual cost. All this to say, since the charger ($595) and gateway ($1800) are included in the Foundation Series cost, would it be possible to carve out the charging equipment piece for tax purposes?
