I live in Toronto, Canada and I received my FS invite email yesterday. I suspect this was a mistake and I'm assuming they think I'm in the US. I checked my profile and sure enough, it only listed my email address and phone number. It's a Canadian phone number, but I am assuming they did not cross reference this. I have now added my Canadian address to the profile to see what happens. If I proceed to the configurator, it lets me select and gets to the deposit screen, so it technically appears that I can go ahead and reserve BUT if I first change my region at the top of the page to Canada, it will not display the config screen... hmmm.... I wonder what will happen if I proceed with the order once they figure out I'm in Canada? (I'm considering it). Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes happened to 3 to 4 reported people in Canada
You may have ordered us site like US dollar $100 instead of CAD 150
One customer named Ryan Tesla called and asked him to cancel the order and asked him to place new order , so do not order with this invite , I would contact Tesla first

Makes sense. I used a credit card for the deposit that can pay in USD so maybe that's what happened. I can't seem to find a way to contact Tesla about it. Is there an email address that they actually check?

There is facebook group for Cybertruck Canada , I would join that I noticed some guys reporting similar and get in touch with Ryan and asked him how he made Tesla to call him

Exact same thing happen to me. I'll be calling tomorrow in the morning to see if I can swap it to Canadian order .. my whole goal for reserving early was locking in the FSD price.

I ended up talking to someone at Tesla a few months back and on their end it looked like I was a US customer, having to do with the way I first setup my Tesla login account. They suggested I do the following (which I did):
Use a different email address to create a new Canadian Tesla account. Once that's done, request that Tesla merge the two accounts and make the Canadian account the main/receiving account. It seems to have worked. The Cybertruck RN is still listed there and it's definitely a Canadian account now so hopefully the order process will work properly once it's available in Canada. I can't be sure there won't be any issues, but it's all I can do for now. If your account was logged as a US account, then you probably need to do this too. If it was Canadian in the first place, then you probably don't need to do anything but wait... good luck!
