Front sentry cam washed out

Anyone else have a front sentry cam washed out and some kind of hue to it? Mine does not look as clear as all the other cameras. I have made sure the window is clean.

This is only via the mobile app? I am curious if maybe it's a higher resolution for front/rear facing cameras and is just a higher bitrate, thus causing some undesired quality. Does this happen ONLY on front, or on rear camera as well? Good luck!

The camera looks the same on the console in the CT and mobile app. All the other cameras look great.

Mine was the same way. Even previewing in the truck, the front FSD cameras looked a little washed out.

I finally dropped the beauty cover and glare shield and cleaned the off-gassing haze that was on the inside of the windshield. That helped a lot.

Pro-Tip: The two small tabs that hold the glare shield in place are REALLY EASY to break. Ask me how I know, haha!!

Pro-tip #2: A replacement glare shield is only $20, and if your SC is cool, they'll replace it for no labor cost. Ask me how I know that too, haha!!

Mine has a similar haze and bottom edge to it. I wasn't sure if I was the only one, but I haven't concerned myself too much about it yet since that's only 1 camera in that housing and FSD isn't out yet. If FSD has an issue with it, I'll get it addressed.
