Ive heard that a lot of aftermarket electric components from china bug out the screen or causes something else to intermittently work. Had any experience with this?

I have not had any issues with my screen so far. I’ll definitely post if something like that happens.

I installed this light over the weekend in my CT, and I am (mostly) happy with it as well. Super easy install, and it is very bright, which is great! The only thing that I wish could be better is that it would come on and stay on anytime the frunk is opened ... the headlights have to be on, which for me, when I access my frunk, is not all of the time. It would be nice if there was way to wire it so that it is always on when frunk is open, but off when frunk is closed...

Also, no electrical issues detected in my CT either ... and I have a lot of extra lights!
