Frunk not opening completely.

How do you get mobile service?! Noob- but I have zero desire to set foot in a SC because 50% of things like a vibrating door and a power door cover that opens with a gentle breeze are “not replicated “ at SC despite being replicated driving home from said SC. They are nice people but these issues are like walking into the critical care floor in a hospital and saying “hey- I have this bothersome rash” and then you look around and see all these vehicles with severe issues. They don’t care about the minor annoyances we have and they have a point when they are surrounded by big repair cars. I’d love a Cybertruck clinic for these minor but worthy of repair issues.

My chair adjustment button got stuck. I just selected chair issue, and it sent mobile team instead of picking a date at a SC. I added the frunk issue a week after the chair request before the team came.

Having the exact same issue as the video, just started about 2 weeks ago. How long for the tech to replace the latch mech.? Did they have the latch in stock or did it need to get ordered. Thanks
