Both versions work pretty well for me. The left turn wrong lane issue seems to have gotten slightly worse, and I did have it act like it was going to rear end someone but it eventually stopped itself (aggressively!). Other than that, still drives pretty amazingly well in rural NH.

Tried again today on 10 mile 15 minutes pretty easy drive into my city.

Trash is all I can say. It is worse.

My takes:
1. I would have died/been injured possibly about 5 times if didn't intervene.
2. Actually, it would not even go on a couple greens and just sat at a right turn also. Has to force it. So perhaps I would have died of starvation or old age.
3. It regularly can't stay in the lane on curves, and on well marked sharped ones crosses into the other lanes. If there would have been other cars I would have head on hit them.

Will text next major but as of now not using FSD again perhaps only to lane keep on a freeway drive.

I have not experienced this at all. In fact, I think there is too much distance at times.
I wonder why that is? Possibly, could it be to different ways we have Max Speed and over speed limit tolerance? I’ve enabled Max Speed and set over speed limit at 2 mph.

Late braking is bad, sometimes slams across the stopping line. Couple of other turn lanes and roundabout issues that it didn't have before. This version definitely worse than before.

I'm ready to ditch this version. Too many critical interventions. What happened to Ashok and 5.6.2 this week?

Just yesterday, in one drive, FSD ran a stop sign and then didn't go on a green light.

I just did a 50 mile drive with the new map data 2024.20. They fixed the wrong speed limit I was experiencing on the Orlando I4 express lanes. It now has the correct limit of 60 for the entire duration of the lanes. Before it thought it was 50 and even 45 in some areas.

My suspicions were correct that it was using bad map data for the speed limits.

Biggest gripe I have right now is it's not going on green lights sometimes. 2 times I had to hit the pedal. When the light turns green it engages like it is going to go but doesn't actually move.

I still use it. I just preemptively take over for every left turn. I used to let it try if there weren't any nearby cars but after it popped over a median curb I stopped even doing that.

On some left turns it has gotten better somehow, but others it cuts them off and rides down the left lane for a while. That is mostly on a road without a center mark, but not all. For the most part all of the sudden it is better, but I am definitely not trusting left turns as much as I do everywhere else.

Do not misunderstand, I love my CB, but this last update was a full step backwards. Wish I could revert to 12.5.5. It wasn't perfect, but this new version is far worse. So I'm listing the MAJOR issues here. We all know about speed issues and such, but I'm talking about the stuff here that could cause major problems. This is meant as constructive criticism and not to be just a B fest.

1. In left HOV lane FSD attempts to take every LH exit along the way even though the nav says go straight.
2. FSD Does not see gates with arms. The arms that go up and down that are in front of gates. These are invisible to FSD until it checks to see if it can start rolling forward. Then even if the arm raises FSD stays put.
3. VERY hard braking at some stop lights and very specific STOP signs. This has happened behind other cars as well. I swear the ABS was activating from the heavy braking.
4. Some turns aren't successfully completed so it turns very late and stops mid turn. FSD is confused and won't move through the turn.
5. When traveling in a lane around a curve FSD cues off of the vehicle in the next lane over and tracks it as though it's in front of you. Works fine until the other lane slows down and the other vehicle not in the lane has to brake which causes FSD to suddenly brake even though the lane is clear.

Please feel free to add on. I'll try to update as I find more
I have many of your faults as well as it has wanted to run 2 red lights which required my intervention and hard breaking. I will see if speed offset settings will help but as setup now it runs at the highest speed of flow routinely. Typically 79 in 65 when average flow speed is more like 72. I am on 12.5.5.2.
We need an update now Tesla.

I actually had it trying to turn right into or right in front of a truck coming straight through a light and I was turning left. There was a car in front of the truck, but it was clear he was going straight and I was not going to make the turn without him slamming on his brakes or me going through him. Of course this is supervised, so I was ready to hit the brakes. I have not had this issue before. I also had it stall at a green light now once.

Mine speeds! Legit speeds!

I disengaged and sent a voice note "FSD is legit speeding, you have to fix this".

- Speeds like hell
- Aggressive AF when slowing down, turning certain lanes

Last night FSD doing 78 in a 70 was ridiculous. All I need is the scroll wheel control to bring it down like in previous models.
Mine did that too, in the setting somewhere, I turned OFF the setting that said something like: "Go the natural speed of the surrounding traffic". It worked fine after that.

I hope this helps,
