Nah. 13.2.9 has done the exact same thing to me twice now; both times were broad daylight.
The exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago on the earlier version. Everything worked great for a hundred miles till it didn’t.
same here a few times picking the wrong lane after a left turn

This happened yesterday while coming home from golfing at Bear Dance. Normal county highway, came to a complete stop at the stop sign. Blinker on to turn left, Cybertruck decided to turn sharp into the left lane so double yellows were on the right side of the truck. No oncoming traffic so I let it go for about 10 seconds to see if it recognized what it had done, and it was just was peachy keen driving in the left lane of the two lane highway with the double yellow on the right side. No red hands to take over or anything. Disengaged and reported what had happened but had 3 other passengers with me and boy did they rib me the entire ride home LOL. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you report it right away when you disengaged FSD. I have had many situations that repeated, get corrected this way.

Yep...Happened to me as well...In my case a 4-way stop intersection...Completely destroyed my claim (to my wife) that FSD is safer than driving without FSD engaged.

Same here. Did it in the middle of the day back on a road trip to Colorado for Christmas and again two weeks ago on another trip to Utah.

I have now had this exact thing occur four or five times in my CT - the truck seems to make a normal left turn but selects the left side of the double yellow line and drives against the flow of traffic as though everything is fine. It has twice figured it out and self-corrected - I let it go as long as there is no oncoming traffic. This is a degraded FSD version. My wife’s ‘26 MY Launch has no such issue. I cannot figure out the disengagement reporting system so hope Tesla sees this thread.

Every time it offers to report a disengagement the prompt disappears immediately and I can’t report it.

My CT does the same left turn into opposing traffic at two intersections that are in my regular travels. It does not happen consistently, but it’s been going on well before this update. I gave feedback to Tesla, just never posted here.

There are a few turns around me that my CT gets wrong like this. Yesterday it turned into the oncoming lane while a minivan was approaching (~300 feet away) in that wrong lane. I used some colorful words on the report.

I've had that happen twice - once a few days ago and a few months ago... there wasn't any traffic approaching so I let It go and it corrected itself the one time the other I corrected it so I could report it....It does so well... until it doesn't...but I use FSD 95% of the time.

Something similar happened to me twice recently but also had CT suddenly slam on the brakes, sound a warning, and then attempt to swerve into oncoming traffic on a highway. From what I could tell, the cameras picked up some kind of previous tire/skid mark on the road and thought we were in the same incident. Scared the shit out of me. I feel like the last 2 releases of the FSD have decreased its value not improved it.

Same thing for me yesterday. Both times I had vehicles approaching and immediately overtook and reported. Luckily, I had just dropped the children off at school. They would be crushed that the Cybertruck had a flaw…
