You or someone else established 12k (which isn't even the price of FSD). The 20K foundation series is a package that includes early delivery, nothing is broken out and there's nothing that would be refunded.

oh i can drive better then you. its just i had lane assit on every single car for over a decade so the most tech heavy vehicle i have ever owned should also have it

The 4 wheel steering definitely makes parking much easier, the cat majority of the time.
However, sometimes it would be better for the rear wheels to turn the opposite direction than they currently do. I.e. sometimes what we want is a sideslip. E.g you are doing a parallel park and find yourself a for further out than desired, or if you are perpendicular parking and aren't centered in your spot... Currently you have to turn one way then the other over a significant distance when a sideslip is so much better.
Now they could introduce some manual control of the rear wheels to enable us to do that, but I think for us that would add complexity and take when longer to get used to... And isn't the Tesla way. What Tesla might actually do, and we can dream it is in this update, is use AI to figure out which way the rear wheels should turn. In typical Tesla fashion (like myq, and Bluetooth keys) this will make things wonderful and magical the 90% of the time it works, and really annoying the 10% of the time it gets things wrong.

I would also love to see them make a trailer reverse mode where the steering wheel is virtually controlling the direction of the trailer rather than the truck, and using 4 wheel steering to minimize the difference in direction between the two vehicles. Theoretically with that anyone who has never towed before could reverse a trailer along almost any possible path at 20 mph and be stable doing so.

Yeah agree. I find the CT pretty damn easy to park actually.

compared to my '17 Raptor, the CT is super easy to park, but no FSD sucks; the 8-year-old Raptor has better adaptive cruise and lane keeping.

I really want the close proximity notification. I miss this!! It’s coming ain’t it? It should be something easy for Tesla to do. I think they got their hands full on something else.

Yeah but it’s still no Cybertruck regardless! After driving this thing for more than 6 months, everything else I drive feels like an antiquated piece of shit.

I have a model Y (on list for Cybertruck) and the current FSD is so good it blows my mind every day. It's worth waiting for ....easy for me to say of course. But if they bring the same level of FSD I have to cybertruck it's going to be amazing.

You must have forgotten what FS was supposed to include. Everyone who paid for a FS paid for FSD you could not remove it as an option. Let me refresh your memory on the stuff you did not get. Along with the voucher that’s worthless because nothing is ever in stock and you can only use it once

Again, those prices are fan made. The package is $20k and is bundled. You can't decline options from it.
