Has anyone had any issues driving under with traffic lights Louvred blinds? There's a specific intersection I use where I keep having to slam the brakes because I think it isn't registering the light. I need to see what the display shows next time.

Yeah, agreed. For me, it has not occurred as much on the highways. I live in a rural area, and one the more major quirks is this. Going 60mph down a two lane rural road and coming upon a slow moving or stopped vehicle is not comfortable much of the time.
Braking is much better with FSD on my MS, but the CT will get there. Remember this is and the new release are early access releases. They state that to show it's still very new and will not operate like some other models.

Yesterday I tried activating FSD in my multi-level parking garage. It wandered around aimlessly looking for the exit, and I finally intervened when it started driving towards a concrete column lol

I don't know what thread to put this in but the CT was going to run a red light, with plenty of time to stop but it didn't. I was just able to mash the brakes on and stop about a foot over the white line. Dam. First time it was an absolute, another time it might have stopped but I didn't want to chance it.
