I thought it would be interesting for some of you to see my CT, as it is getting repaired. It was hit at a car detailing place by an idiot who hit the gas instead of the brake while backing up another truck. January 3rd. My truck is finally getting re-built. both rear panels and tailgate assembly have been replaced, and then back to TSportline for a re-wrap. Its been very much filled with stress and anxiety, especially as the Car Wash business refusing to accept any responsibility, even though it was their employee on their property......

The world is nuts. How do people think they don’t have to take responsibility for anything? I mean I don’t know this for sure but I would assume you’re insurance would go after them.

I'm not sure how my Tesla insurance will do this. What won't be covered will be my wrap and upgrades, and loss value on a now wrecked truck. trying to figure out how to sue them, but they refuse to interact as the "owners" are never on site just the manager and the crew. Its typical ghosting...
tesla insurance seems to be very overwhelmed and rarely are available for discussion.......

You need to retain an attorney. This kind of work is done on a contingency basis. Don’t wait, do it now.

I second this. And because it was done by an employee of theirs on their property, I would sue them for depreciation and loss of use of the vehicle (to include interest you are paying on your loan).

I would hammer them as hard as you can since they are playing stupid about the whole thing.
