So, here is an incident that happened to me last night. My neighbor did the fireworks in our neighborhood on New Year's Eve. All the debris fell into my CT. It was also raining, and now all that debris left iron/corrosion marks on stainless steel (will be posting photos). I went to the car wash, but no luck. I also tried using 70% alcohol, but still no luck. Anyone have any solution to remove those marks without going the buffing route?

Yep! BKF, or Citrisurf 77, or maybe IronX? I've used the first two with excellent results (although I was not removing combat damage lol)

Question: BKF has remove the stain, but stainless steel looks much brighter now than previous hue (yellowish tone). Is it going back to the original tone after few days or stay like bright silver?

It will go back, I don't like the yellow so after BKF I put this on. I didn't buy their kit, I just bought the liquid on Amazon.
Cybertruck Specialty Kit [PC:CTK] - $249.95 :

My wife like the yellowish tone on the CT :). I was just confirming it if someone else used BKF and how long it will take to go back to its original hue color.

It won’t go back to matching, you’ll have to do the whole panel. I have a spot I tested and a year later it is still noticeable.

What you needed was to passivate the steel, not polish it with BKF. Do not use any polishing compounds on this truck unless you want to deal with a long-term headache of trying to match all the panels with the same buffing.

What's wrong with buffing?

People are generally quite relieved when someone informs them "That'll buff right out".

That's only true if you use the kind of Barkeepers Friend with abrasives in it (it will never match perfectly if you use abrasives on one area and not the adjacent area). I use the spray foamy BKF and the panels match surprisingly quickly.

That's why I don't recommend anyone use BKF with abrasives.

Also, when refinishing an area, you DO NOT need to do entire panels to get everything looking consistent, just do the surfaces that all lie in the same plane.
