Since the Cybertruck isn't a grid-tied system, there shouldn't be any local level regulatory differences.No, but to give credit to Tesla the amount of hurdles they have to jump through to get this feature to market is unbelievably high. Most people have no idea how insane the certification process is (and for good reason).
Also, there are 10s of thousands of electrical districts across the country; each and every one of them are different, with differing governing bodies, and loads of red tape. It will be a long, hard fought battle.
If there were, Powershare-only would face the same jurisdiction level problems.
