Any ideas how this works with Tint? I saw it as I was looking for options.

Before you get something that attaches to the TOP window, see if she could even REACH the top window to use it... Not much use in getting a handle that she cannot reach...

But I am seriously looking at the handle as something to 'hold onto' when off-roading... ?

My stepmom recently had a stroke and I got her one of these for my dad‘s model Y performance. Works great.

No issues with window tint.

Oh no. I’m 5ft and just got my vin. I think I’m going to have to running boards or stilettos.

driver's side has that steering thingie to grab onto. You will be fine!

Any updates on this thread? In hunting season, mine will be rocking wildly over some pretty rough stuff. For the driver, the wheel is enough. But for passengers it is SOO much better to have a handle up high to brace yourself. My fear is cracking the glass with a bunch of pressure like that near the edge. I don't want to be the one testing the idea.

I have these t-sportline side steps that are pretty subtle but very helpful as steps for the kids.

Other advantage is that they are ever so slightly wider than the body so if anyone opens a door into you in the parking lot, they hit the step, not your wrap.
