Grainy Saved Video?

Anyone know why my videos are so grainy and pixalated when I save them? Actually it seems its pixelated even when I watch the vids on my Tesla app..

Are you downloading them from the app? There’s a significant resolution difference when viewing/downloading from the app vs the source

This is the correct answer. Pull the videos directly from your USB for full quality.

Tesla down-samples quite a lot since you are using the trucks cellular connection to pull it.
