It will take a few months. I suppose for those waiting for the non FS CT, it's decent timing and better than nothing.

However, anyone who does not need a vehicle now, should probably wait 12-18 months when rates should hopefully be back to "normal" somewhere around 2.5-3%

From what I gathered watching the actual press conference, it doesn't appear they will be too quick to drop mortgage interest rates to prevent this from happening.
