I manually turn on headlights during the day, particularly in low visibility while also using FSD, and now headlights turn off, I think when FSD is disengaged. This is UNSATISFACTORY.
When I manually turn on headlights I want/I expect them to stay on until I turn them off.
Current software is working against us. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!

So tell Tesla, this is a Wendy's
I think your comment about this is a Wendy’s is totally incorrect. In Snow White out conditions having your head lights stay on so others can see you is a significant problem. Just drove in near zero visibility. Amazing how well FSD helps in these conditions. But if others can not see you, it is a serious safety issue. Your comment to shut done discussion is totally uncalled for.
Let’s hear from others that can no longer keep head lights on because the car incorrectly keeps turning them off while in the on position and not auto.

There’s not really much of a discussion to be had. You’ve found something in the tech that you don’t like. Unless you’re looking for advice on how to hack the tech or looking for other people who feel like you do and want to complain together, you should voice your concern to Tesla customer support at (877)798-3752

I remember the first time I used an internet forum.

We're here as owners. Tesla does NOT monitor this space. We have heightened awareness on 'issues' because people seek this place out to post them.

That said, I've had my truck nearly 2 years and driven it about 40k miles and I have not had the issue you're describing.
