I don't think the color treatment would reduce the strength of the steel in any meaningful matter. You'd have to do more than change the oxidization on the surface for that.

...And I was thinking about remarking on the title but I'll leave that to others.

apparently heat treating stainless depends on the color you want
" On Stainless, color changes start at approx 550 deg F for a pale yellow and continue to change until a dark blue will occur at approx 1100 deg F "

while temp changes that affect the properties start at around 930 degrees.. SO yes you could probably heat treat the parts as long as you weren't going for a dark blue.. or probably ANY blue and not hurt THAT part...

However steel conducts heat REALLY well so anything attached to the steel would be affected.. IOW take the panels OFF the truck and go for the yellow/reds.. NOT blue's.

Granted it would be a royal pain to do much more than pinstripes, but a mopa laser can do color on stainless steel and it doesn't affect overall strength. As someone mentioned its more of an oxidation layer on top vs trying to color the whole panel through and through
Tesla Cybertruck High teat treatment to achieve exterior color? mopa color laser

What would be the options to wrap? From Tesla? Any other reliable provider? Costs?
Yeah, you're likely to damage any nearby plastics or adhesives at far less, 160F.

How about offering clear paint to deal with the stainless finger print issue. If offered I would buy.

Paint doesn't stick to stainless steel very well. Prepping the surface involves rough-texturing with course-grit sanding and an opaque primer coat.

You're better off with an inaccurately-named "Paint Protection Film" (PPF).

I would be shocked if Tesla offered to apply a wrap at the factory, but could see them selling a pre-cut film for self-install.

given how flat the panels are, I bet wrapping a CT would be easy. That doesn't necessarily make it any cheaper as a lot of the cost is the film itself, but it's not like wrapping a corvette either in terms of intricate cuts + angles
