The "no resale" clause was never missing from a Cybertruck purchase/sale agreement.
It was for me and at least a few others. The purchase agreement PDF was completely different from the one sent after you paid the $1000.

No one has ever posted a Cybertruck Purchase/Sale Agreement without that clause.

The confusion stems from the fact that Tesla included the Cybertruck "no-resale" clause on Purchase/Sale Agreements for ALL models (with the note that it only applied to the Cybertruck) before removing it from their universal P&S Agreement and only applying it to P&S Agreements used for the Cybertruck.

In other words, the Cybertruck has its own Purchase and Sale Agreement that is different from other models.

“is that your RN number 1129?”

Correct, I edited the remaining numbers.

11am day 2 reservation. I was roughly 165k according to the forum calculator.

We are current Tesla owners, shareholders since 2018, live 7 minutes from a Tesla service center and reside in Commiefornia

Yahooooooo!!!

At 3:35pm PST today I received the ‘Golden Ticket’ e-mail from Tesla to order a Foundation Series Cybertruck. I literally had to read the e-mail 3x to make sure I wasn’t seeing things.

Now that I have settled down comes the hard part. I made the decision early on that I was going to pass and wait for a non-FS AWD Cybertruck like many of my other financially savvy members. $79,990 and a possible $7500 tax credit will be easier for me to swallow when purchasing a depreciating asset like a vehicle.

This decision is definitely a true test of my will power. I have waited nearly 4 years and 4 months for my dream apocalypse ready Cybertruck. I will continue to live vicariously through others on this forum. The wait continues…

Like many others I’ll be cybering up once the non FS is offered.

I read a rumor that the “Armada“ reference from the Cybertruck chief engineer is in regards to non FS versions starting production. I take that with a grain of salt however.

“The GFTX team is killing it! New records every day and that will likely continue if not accelerate. Expect to see GFTX outbound lot in full Armada mode soon!”

You're not following. Some of us were given the wrong order agreement prior to purchasing and I'm curious if they've fixed it.

How long did you wait from order to delivery?
Order 12/9 picked up 3/1 ( could have gotten in 2/27 but I needed time to drive down to DFW)

Definitely respect the willpower, David. You are the one who convinced me to wait for the non-FS invite (for the same reasons as yourself), so we are in this together, yo! :)

No, the order Agreement is presented when you make the order, not before. The only agreement that matters is the one you sign, they can change over time, so it makes no sense to talk about P&S agreements that existed before the Cybertruck was offered for sale. It sounds like you are talking about Purchase and Sale Agreements for other Tesla models that were floating around the Internet before the first Cybertruck P&S Agreement was consumated. The Cybertruck has always had it's own P&S Agreement with the "no resale" clause.

Had the similar thought prior to receiving the invite, but went ahead with an order after I got the email. Your only saving might be the 7500 tax credit, but with any packages (FSD, etc.) added, you'd exceed the limit and get disqualified for that.
