Have you always had this data flowing? Meaning what your house uses and what is coming from the grid. Or was this after you did the “off grid” set up. I have never had this data and when PowerShare was installed we did test PowerShare and it did flip over to the Cybertruck and powered the house.
It’s always looked like that when I’m plugged in. There’s a QR code you’ll need to scan while in the app I think. The QR code is on the interior PowerShare panel box. Maybe give that a try.

Yeah I tried and it doesn’t recognize the QR. Here is all I see. Haven’t tested PowerShare in awhile either.

Same. There is another thread on this and I can't locate the the correct QR with the Password and SSID because both that are in the gateway (front cover and unit) are not the right ones.

For the ones who have been able to pair, what/where are you scanning to get it to paid with your app?

I didnt have data, I opened a ticket with Tesla and it took 2 months but they "made a change on the backend" then the data started showing.

The other issue I have is that I have had 2 power outages and PowerShare isnt doing its job, there is a ticket opened for that now.

Thank you. I sent two different emails for both of my problems. Hopefully they will get back to me sooner rather than later. I do have some personal email addresses at Tesla that I am going to send to. Tesla Energy actually installed my Gateway.

Closing the loop on my OG question. I opened up Gateway today and found the correct QR code with the PW/SSID. For me it was NOT on the inside face or door, but actually in the unit so had to turn off my main breaker and open unscrew with inside cover to access.

I hope this helps someone else!
