Maybe this will work for 5-30 with Tesla Mobile charger. I have no first-hand experience.

That chart only covers 240V charging.

The adapter @pricedm linked to above should work with the NEMA 5-30 120V outlet and charge at least twice as fast as a regular 120V 15A outlet (24 amps instead of 12 amps). Because the charging overhead (keeping the truck awake, etc) is fixed, 24 amps should add charge slightly faster than 2X a regular 120V outlet.
