How do you contact the delivery center? Received my VIN Friday but no additional contact of info received. Thanks, and congrats.
Randy, you look under your "Registration Details" for the Tesla location and call them. Or, you can tap the message icon in the Tesla app and inquire about delivery. If you have a VIN, the Tesla center can tell you where your CyberTruck is and when they are expecting it to arrive. If it is already there, I guess you go to the next step in the Tesla app about 'arranging delivery details."

109 days today - still no VIN for just a dual motor ?
So frustrating they allowed so many to accelerate orders while simultaneously missing their existing estimates.

Sidenote: seems that the cybertruck vin website hasnt been updated with new vins from people here either.

I feel like I've been refreshing the CT VIN page about as much as my Tesla app.

The person maintaining the VIN website got his CT and was roadtripping back East from CA last week. Fingers crossed it's just a pause while he enjoys his CT!!!!

Haha, yes, you are correct. I got a table full of accessories with more on the way. Everytime I check my Tesla app and discover I have no VIN, I comfort myself with a trip to the Tesla shop for more CyberTruck accessories.. :p
Ha! That’ll show them!

We, the December orders with a "No later than March Delivery" are marginalized people. We have no voice. No control over the discrimination or information as to why it is happening? While Al Pacino drives his CyberTruck around, the people in this thread who reserved at the moment the "reservation" link went live are ignored and forgotten. We reside on the "Island of Mis-Fit CyberTruck Orders" waiting for the Tesla God's of Production to assign a VIN to our reservation number. Is it because I live in Alabama? Meanwhile people in California and Texas take delivery on orders placed in February. It is a lesson in humility for me. I have no bargaining power. No 30,000 Tesla Points. No 500 shares of Tesla. No influencer or famous person credentials. In short, I am a nobody with no recourse other than to accept my fate and wait.

LoL! I just wish I could send an email at least to express my disappointment to Tesla. Tesla has created a support system that virtually ensures you cannot reach out regarding CyberTruck delivery issues. So, this is the only place I can vent. "My name is BengalBoy and I'm a Cyberholic."

What he said.. however, I do have 450 shares of Tesla stock. Do you think they're prejudiced against Alabama? it must be because of Memaw That's what we call our governor here take a look at her on the web. She won't allow Tesla to sell in Alabama. We have to drive to a neighboring state to pick up.

Jay, when was your order date? I did see someone's post on Facebook claiming to have seen a green wrapped CyberTruck in Huntsville. The only Alabama order I know for sure delivered was in Birmingham. I think his order date was 12/19.

Yeah, the green ones been running around. Everyone that knows me tells me about it lol and my order date was 1220. I got the email one night late 1219. However, I got a beast not an all-wheel-drive so I figure that's what's taking so much more time. This will be the six Tesla that I've gotten from the Nashville location. Based on everything that's showing up on the forums anybody who bought a beast it's taking a lot longer.

Well, I'm at day 103 and I ordered the AWD model. Was the order process the same with your other Teslas? Was it this random and disappointing?

Not at all my first model three was in 2019 it was a little rough and then I had to wait for about 30 minutes. I think they were still prepping the car but every other vehicle I go in get my paperwork hop in the car and I'm gone, my last model Y was in August 2023 for my wife. They just gave me the packet with all the paperwork in it had it right out front with a big red bow like I had requested as it was a surprise and drove off never even checking it out and looking it over and it's been giving us faithful service since then , this is definitely strange territory. I may have mentioned this earlier I have worked for a major automotive manufacturer and often times vehicles that have problems that can't be chased down when they're found A minor problem during final inspection. Those are moved to a special lot for repair and the repair department gets to them as it can most of the time this is not a sequenced event. The easy cars are fixed first but cars with engine problems or wiring harness that requires the entire interior be removed often times left for months before they are touched. I can remember seeing one being worked on in January that had a dirt Dobber nest made out of the Alabama red mud that everyone is familiar with. Meaning that that car been sitting for at least six months. We can only hope that ours is not one of those… There is one bright spot. Where it would be nice to be the very first one driving around with one. The first users are always guinea pigs so hopefully a lot of the shakedown bugs are worked out by the time we get ours, that will be our saving grace. Thanks to all those that went before us. May we get our trucks soon. Amen wait… I got into a small prayer there. However, if the great cyber truck in the sky is listening, we want our trucks please.
