How to contact Tesla about your Cybertruck order pre delivery

I moved and needed to change what state my Cybertruck is registered in. Over the last week I have tried everything I could think of to get in touch with someone at Tesla who could help. It has been incredibly frustrating. For anyone who has a need to talk to tesla about their order or any other issues, I suggest calling your nearest delivery center and select service when calling. You should eventually get to the option of being connected with your local service center. A human should answer who can help you or direct you where to get what you need.

Tldr: Call your local/nearest Tesla service to get a human on the line.

Before VIN is assigned anyway, in app you can press change button on the registration part and update there.

If VIN is assigned just reply to existing message.


Trying to CALL Tesla is one of the least successful solutions. Tesla is a technology company.

Many local Tesla stores are notoriously bad for not answering phones.

Do it online!!!

I tried that. There was no reply until this morning which was about a week after I sent my first message.

As far as the local store not answering, I had that issue as well. I had to call service not sales to finally get someone on the phone.
