How to order replacement parts?

I searched but didn't find an answer.

Does anybody know how to order parts for the truck? I either got to "no permission" or the truck wasn't listed as a vehicle to search under.

My splash guard piece at the rear of the bottom side trim in front of the truck needs to be replaced. Separately, I think this happened while in service, but didn't notice it for a couple days and I think it's just easier than a couple trips over to attempt to get them to acknowledge it.

I order through the app.

I set up a Service Request (Other) and let them know what part(s) I need.

They reply a day or two later with a quote. I pay and pick up at the SC when ready.

Thanks. I did that a bit ago. I didn't see a way to do it without actually scheduling service. Hopefully that's the way.

Never got any traction from Tesla service on the parts so I went to the service center today and ordered the parts.
