How to successfully request the Off-Road Lightbar from Tesla (FS Beast Only)

Same. I bundled some other minor warranty issues, windshield wiper, creaking seat bases, loose (missing) clip on the headliner, and a loosening top window trim. Plus the lightbar. Over a month wait for the service appointment.

I got no response on the lightbar, until I asked in the app if they wanted to keep the truck overnight tomorrow to let the install cure longer. Then they said "Not in stock, you have to wait for your email".

A bit annoyed. But apparently my wheel covers are finally in.

So my original attempt was at bundling too and unsuccessful. I didn't bundle this second time and just followed steps above and scheduled enough time out to allow for parts to arrive.

I'll add that during the two hour span waiting for them to install the bar today, I saw no less than a dozen cybertrucks pass through just to pick up their wheel covers. So I'm guessing they received a big shipment today at this location in Georgia

I tried this in Canada btw and they said Tesla is not shipping the light bar to Canada at this time.

You have to request it exactly like it’s been written, spin around 3 times and face Mecca and only then will you know you’ve done all you could do before Tesla responds and tells you to wait for the email.

I tried. The service center sent my a polite don't call us, we'll call you message.

for anyone who cares, I finally got my follow up appointment in Paramus and they actually installed the lightbar and had it plugged it, so it works completely fine. I guess they realized they really messed up the first time. Looks great and works great.

Adding that they also did the wiring for me. Only thing I had to do was remove the black sticker across the lightbar

I took delivery in August... maybe my number will come up soon!

It is interesting that this thread continues. Other posts have stated that the original light bar is being redesigned with a bracket-mount and that that little inventory out in the wild is all there is of the first gen light bar. Basically (aside from those areas that already have some), we all have to hurry up and wait - no matter how many times we click our heels, pray, and try to find a way around the fact they just are not there (yet).

Basically (aside from those areas that already have some), we all have to hurry up and wait - no matter how many times we click our heels, pray, and try to find a way around the fact they just are not there (yet).

I don't know quite which one I got. But I do like it. I'll take some pics and post later. I also expected to to be "crazy bright", it's not really that bright I didn't think.

If the service request for the light bar no longer brings results then maybe we should try it for the range extender! ?
