If Tesla reads this... Often we have to move our trucks/cars from one parking spot to another. Had to do that again just now. Listened to the heater come on, listened to all these systems just fire up for no damn reason. How about a button on top and bottom of the forward back slider that gives us 1 min or so just to move the rig, not fire up everything. Seems a big waist of time and wear on our rigs. Ideas..,,,,,

If you turn it off before getting out, it should stay off for the next ride unless you precondition or turn it on

If it were an ICE truck I would be more concerned with cold engine and condensations. With EV’s there is little degrading other than starting compressors. With DC power drives, there is less issues with start up of motors and overloading them. Soft starting and current limiting solve many of the motor stress issues.
