I ordered the same AWD but in 4/2020 and I am between 400,000-650,000 on the list depending on which reservation tracker you use. At the current production rate we are looking more like 2025-26 IMO.

They arent saying you will get it in 2024 IMO.

They are saying, deliveries in general start in 2024.

Seems likely, but you may have to wait till December of 2024. According to the estimated production, there should be a huge amount of deliveries of the Cybertruck starting in September.

I don't believe Tesla has converted all the pre-orders to cover the entire 2024 production run yet.

No one knows. Ford had 200k reservations for the lightning before it launched. They burned through those with the first 25k sales.
