Tesla website states that for those who got FS and are (a) ineligible or (b) deferred installment of powershare/wall connector, they will receive a voucher or supercharger credits.

I had to show the delivery team the website as they had no clue when I asked about the credits.

For those who took delivery earlier and didn't go through installation, when/does Tesla contact you about this credit?

I had mine attach to the CT within 7 days. I believe the email said within 1 month.

I asked about this through the chat in my app and they stated a Cybertruck specialist would call me. Got a call shortly after and the specialist confirmed I will receive a $700 shop credit up to 2 weeks after taking delivery of my CT. Also, the $700 credit can only be used in 1 single transaction.

The credit automatically shows up under “Specs and Warranty” on your app about 2 weeks after delivery.

I just got a quote for $3,500. It's half a day job max, and I refuse to pay there ransom to get my gateway and wall connector. So Tesla will give me only a $700 credit if I refuse to pay the authorized installers fees?
