My local dealer has 42 2024’s collecting dust on the lot. They are not a strong seller in my neck of the woods.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Ineos pulls out of the US market.

I saw this one yesterday at the airport. Really cool aesthetic. Sounds like it would merit a test drive based on previous comments but for $72,000 it’s quite a deal.

Cool or not. I’m never buying an ICE car again.

I would have gotten grenadier, if not for the CT already being ordered five years ago. But after driving the Ct for over a year now, I would agree - I can't go back to ICE, nor would I want an EV without FSD. Just having FSD makes my BP go down.

100%
No going back.
Offer me a maybach or a Ferrari or Bugatti or whatever other high dollar thing people most desire and I wouldn’t trade. Except maybe to pull a financial fast one, sell it and get another Tesla or multiple other Teslas
Being completely sincere.

I am the only one in my area with the truck version (Quartermaster). It is the best ICE truck hands down just like CT is best EV truck hands down. The biggest downside is that the range is LESS than the Cybertruck! There is a lot of. empty space where they could've expanded the fuel tank but they didn't.

As for the INEOS steering comments, it is absolutely the opposite of the CT. I like to think the radical difference from steer by wire gives my brain a healthy workout. A correctly tuned steering stabilizer (Agile Off Road) makes a huge difference with highway driving. That said, I much prefer the CT.

I hear ya. So much less to fail.
Yeah. And they stink up the garage, and the engine gets hot and noisy and there is oil and filters and such . And gas stations.
All things I used to actually think I loved but don’t miss at all.
Plus, I have solar infrastructure at home and even for the road now and that would be somewhat wasted. I love “filling up” at campsites while doing other stuff as well.
I love having a continuous source of energy for my fridges and so forth. And cabin overheat protection and preconditioning from my phone and all sorts of other stuff.
And of course, I’m no hippy, but I’m fond of the impact or lack thereof I have on the places I travel to. I feel like I leave much less of a gross footprint wherever I take my family now and that brings me joy because I’m grateful for those places.
That’s not even talking about FSD.
No thanks. Can’t go back.
