This looks wonderful. Any news on the 220lbs load weight being dynamic or static from Tesla?

Is it possible for it to move down the back and be used on the lower mounts? Sorry about the hack job mod pic. I can see usage for both positions and like the fact that it does only take up half the back angle.

Unfortunately, the distance between mounting position 1, 2 and 3 are different. Also, the glass roof actually has a slight curvature (looks like a straight line, I know) which is also another reason this cannot be easily done :/

unfortunately, not yet - but based on everything we've tested with this truck, pretty confident that 220 lbs has to be the dynamic load limit! We've loaded well over 200 lbs on our truck,.

Looks great. The only issue I see is that it’s $1500 for the section you added to the existing product that is less than $1000. $1999 would be a more appropriate price. ?

Thanks for your feedback! Our new rack system is crafted entirely from aluminum, both front and rear. The front rack is priced at $1,299, while the extended rear system is a much larger piece than the front. I hope this helps clarify! We’re also happy to offer an early bird discount :)

I really like that lower mount. Easier to access, and a level spot, doesn't rise above roofline
Problem is, with it mounted this low, longer stuff (2x4x16', 24' lengths of steel) would hit the roof. No, I gotta have something way bigger for my uses.

Yeah, sorry. I went out and looked at the truck and realized the difference in the width mounts.
Would have been a cool idea.
