my truck was driving OFF the right side of the lane, there was no shoulder, just crumbling asphalt and it went that far off the road. I let it to see what it would do. A HUGE step backwards.

I have been using FSD everyday and it’s getting pretty Awesome! Boston to Pittsburgh for college visit (467 miles) and 2 interruptions. And one was to be nice in front of cops.

It feels that way on some days for me. But other days it’s fine. Wondering what’s the variable. Because there has been no software update and I am pretty sure all the FDS processing is happening locally. Hmm…

same here. I had just gotten the minor update but it had never been that bad before. Another time it was wandering onto the double yellow line.

You talk about “normal FSD” and the unrelated 2025.8.x software updates, right?
Not something new in FSD-beta that we (otherwise fortunate) non-TX owners are not getting into?

I use FSD daily … have a 80-100 mile commute, still no Access yet( I’m in south Florida). I will likely hit 33,000 miles in my first year of ownership. I hit 14,000 miles in the 1st 5 months of ownership.

have signed up.

as others have mentioned, with the current update, CT is no longer centering in the lane
What version of FSD? My CT started doing this 3 versions ago, but now is back to center on 99.9% of the roads. I have not tested a few stupidly narrow roads lately, but on all that I have it is centered including highway and even moves over on the highway for trucks next to me. I am on FSD V13.2.8; Software: v12 (2025.8.7 b3685a9c344b)

Exactly the same version. More of an issue at night, on single land roads, with no markings along the shoulder. That is when the truck tends to hug the center line. Not comfortable for oncoming traffic.

Centering issue is being discussed in detail on
Why is FSD not staying centered? CALIBRATION? Am I alone with this issue???

Yup! Just pulled the trigger
Got the invite yesterday. I’m in Oklahoma. Guess all those messages I’ve been sending to Tesla when I have to take her off FSD because I don’t like playing chicken with other cars on left turns? But haven’t signed up yet. I rarely post, comment here but read a lot of what you guys post. What do you think? Reading info makes me think everything that’s going great on my CB is gonna get wiped out? Or?
