Has anyone had these door open buttons disappear? I would say 90% of the time that I open the app to pop a door for someone the arrows are not there. Just opened the app and they’re visible. Anyone else have these disappear from the app and reappear randomly?

You have to be within “phone key connected” Bluetooth of the vehicle. If you’re close enough for the phone proximity to allow you to open the door with the vehicle push button, then you’re close enough for these app buttons to appear.

Yea. I figured that. But I’ve been right next to it sometimes and don’t see the buttons. And today I’m literally sitting in my house pretty far from the truck and they’re there.

Yeah, I just realized I’m wrong too. I’ve sitting upstairs and my vehicle is in the garage and the arrow buttons are showing on my app. As long as the app says “phone key connected” should be the functionality. I’ll edit my original post

Do you always leave the app running in the background? If not, it might take a bit to reconnect Bluetooth and reappear even if you’re in range.

I always leave it running. Maybe Tim Cook wants me to get a new iPhone. ?

Tesla's have different levels of standby, and if your truck goes into a deep sleep it may also turn off the UWB sensor suite.

Yes I see the same thing. If I close the app they always come back. Figured it will get hammered out on some future updates.
