I see that the Tesla Owners Club of BC website is 'under construction'. I haven't been involved for several years, so I don't know how active the group is today. Google came up with a Facebook group for Tesla owners in the Lower Mainland though. Maybe try reaching out in the local groups if you don't get much of a response here?

You might look into Tesla Owners of Washington State (TOWA). I believe Theresa has other members in BC. I’m the chapter lead for the Olympic Peninsula in Washington
