VIN assigned today on 2/28

Location is CA, Bay area.

Something to share: I got an imessage from Tesla saying there is an updates on my CT order. Logging in to App it says I need to accept new policy regarding the cam and autopilot. After that I found the VIN showed up.

in CA, yea, it has been happening for a while. shouldn't affect you unless you are in CA

they are halfway through January at this point.
