what time did your VIN show up? I’m curious if they drop at a certain time or just randomly throughout the day?

i noticed alot of people posting VINS around 330 PM PST. I checked for mine at 345 and found it. Didn’t have it before 3. Just my observation and experience.

Not sore when it dropped. I checked the app at around 4pm. Never received an email

No email or text here either. Had to keep checking the app. I did get follow up texts after submitting financing and trade in.

I'm a tortured soul who goes in cycles, checking the app several times a day for an invite to order, then ignoring it for weeks, then .... lather, rinse, repeat. I found myself fantasizing about the excitement of seeing an email or app message. Then I was at an airport and just arrived at the gate and checked my work emails and DING an email to configure. I was surprised that there was minimal emotion, I just immediately did it before the invite disappeared. Now I"m going through the same cycle with awaiting a VIN. I know I won't get the beast until late 2024 (and I'm mentally telling myself that might be Elon-time and it could be early 2025). A part of me is glad that I won't get one until a year after initial deliveries and another part of me is "get me my god dang VIN ASAP!"

Houston Texas here, I configured my Cybertruck on 2/24... still no vin assigned. Although a couple of days ago I did change my interior color from white to Tactical grey and its a Cyberbeast...

And…I just got the text to schedule for delivery! Picking up tomorrow morning at Upland! Not many times to choose from over the 3 days. I took the first one that was available.

not that I was counting but…12 days. I checked on Monday and my truck was still in Austin. The guy said it showed a rough delivery to SC on the 8th but doubted it would make it on time. Seems it made it.
