January 9th Waiting Room (NON TEXAS OR CALIFORNIA)

NY order here (1/11 invite - $1K deposit on 1/12) - No Vin like everyone else. I've got my fingers crossed that will get my AWD FS by end of April.... Wishful thinking?

Did you get your VIN yet?

Me neither. I am in VA but in July, we are going to Quebec to get a camper and camp our way back to Virginia. If you don't have yours by then, I am happy to do a drive by!

Honestly, It appears that the states DO matter. Just yesterday I saw on one of these many streams that a guy in Nor Cal got his VIN and a delivery date for the end of March. He apparently did not have stock or Tesla points. His reservation was higher than mine and his order was a month later than mine.

I am just past 60 days for my order and $1,000 deposit and so far, VA only has one delivery to a somewhat special case in Norfolk.

Nope - No Vin yet. I'm still holding on to some hope for an April delivery! That sounds reasonable (at least in my brain it does) It does seem that the state you are in really matters. Eventually NY needs to get a little love. I've seen some posts about deliveries in NJ, so maybe I'm getting closer? Who knows.

There was a Mt. Kisco delivery was yesterday which is good to hear. We have 7 VINs assigned in NY on this forum, or at least from those who reported. https://www.cybertruck.vin/state/detail/New York

I'm setting myself up to possibly be angry here, but i am fully expecting a VIN by Sunday. For me (Jan 9 order), if delivered by April 15, Tesla will have just met my expectations that i set back when i placed the order.

Still no vin for me Michigan! Gotta be getting close… I expect to see a vin sometime the first week of April. Hopefully delivered by end of April! …. I’m prepared to be disappointed.
