Woke up to fantastic news. VIN issued. Ordered FS AWD on 12/19. Day One Res No. 11274
I'm a minute one rest 11274 but ordered about 7 hours after receiving my invitation email on 12/19. I ordered 12/19 at like 11:30 pm but it was recorded as 12/20. I wonder how many people got in front of me during that window.

I am in Maine. I've seen one delivery in NY but none in New England yet.

I'm torn between wanting it now, but also not wanting a super early production product and letting them build a few thousand more before mine comes around.

I think I'd also prefer to take delivery once the snow is gone.

That's Excellent! So I assume it takes a little over a month from Order to VIN
So far I am at 39 days (including weekends) - expecting a VIN this week based solely on available data. I'm hopeful

Nice VIN means you are close!
Interested in what your insurance quote looked like in FL, some of the ones out of CA have been sky high.
Progressive quote is $982 for 6 months. But interestingly, the premiums on my other cars will go down a total of $764 for the 6 months after adding the CT. So, only a $218 net increase. But my renewal is in March, so we'll see what happens then as rates in Florida are increasing rapidly. I have $1,000 deductible. Hope that helps.

Checking the app . . . incessantly. Service center said estimated delivery around 2/7.
Has your advisor pinged your truck yet to see if it actually left TX? Seems like there are quite a few of us waiting on the train to leave with our trucks and we’re all being given the same 2/7 estimate

Ok car is currently outside of Dallas seems to be probably Wylie Intermodal Terminal in Wylie TX. It is probably coming via Norfolk Southern Rail to Jacksonville. Once it gets moving it will take about 3 days to get to Jacksonville via the Norfolk Southern estimated time on track. Let me know if anyone gets the same information.
