Where is exactly is the warranty stated for the Hex wheels?

You will not find a warranty for the Cyber Hex Wheels anywhere. There is a warranty page on their web site but there is no warranty. Unplugged Performance has no warranty for their CHex Wheels or any other wheel so far as I have found after paying +$5k for the set.

Great story, and glad for the update. Can we explain the conversation with a customer post sale?

Also are you stamping your rims with a certification? If so JWL, and VIA require third party labs. Would you mind sharing the info of which lab you use for those certs?

Also FEA is a program from my understanding. Have you done any actual lab strength testing on rims outside of virtual space? Would you mind sharing results from those labs and FEA?

You are not going to get a response from Unplugged Performance. If they had any of the certificatons that you cited, they would have it posted on their “warranty” page- which has no warranty. Even if you bought a set of rims from them they would not provide a warranty document.
