I am hanging on to mine for now, it will be about a year, most likely less at the new prices. Hopefully something changes and I will be able to afford it. But as it stands I will probably buy another ICE truck.

I think the cyberbeast is well priced for what it is but the range is really the tough pill. Everything else I love so its gonna come down to some experts doing towing testing to show me that its livable before I decide.

Its a much better vehicle than anything else they make outside the semi and as such should of course cost more.

Edit: imagine how the clowns that spent $72k on a comparitively dog shit model Y must be feeling right now. And imagine what would happen to the model Y demand if the price was in striking distance of the CTs.

Model X sales were already suspect but this truck should definitely signal the end of it

Remember when Rivian announced inflated delivery pricing a few months before deliveries started, and wouldn't grandfather in those who had preordered years prior?

And then 3 days later, RJ publicly apologized and gave OG preorder holders their original pricing?
