Light bar install delay

I was on schedule to get my light bar next week but received an email saying my appointment was cancelled and then this message yesterday. Wasn’t planning on installing anyway so no big deal. When received it will be available to anyone interested.

Looks like they need to modify their install process further.

Maybe just a coincidence, but a social media influencer, TheTeslaHoe, recently left a series of concerned posts on X regarding her lightbar, which apparently flew off on the highway. Over 116,000 views so far. Wouldn't surprise me if the CEO of Tesla saw it (I've heard that he uses X sometimes) and demanded action.

I'm sure that many Cybertruck owners love their glued-on Tesla lightbars, but I wonder if maybe the Tesla service centers are less excited about them.

The tweet from TheTeslaHoe about her flying lightbar has now been viewed over 126,000 times. We' will probably never know for sure if a tweet from a social media influencer was responsible for Tesla's sudden cancellation of pending lightbar installations. But apparently some people have jumped to that conclusion.

I just got the same message yesterday. I'd really prefer them to bolt it down, rather than adhere it with 3M tape.
