Note that above are two reviews from different people.
TireRack reviews, in my opinion, have been fair…and generally puts a positive light on tested tires…so for them to point out something bad, it is significant.
Same with the YouTube review…these guys tested the tires all on same...
My issue with metal hitch step is that it can multiply damage to your rear end frame/unibody if another car bump into it. That is why i rather get something that can absorb minor hits (such as Weathertech and Amazon similar solutions).
I have been so busy at work that i forgot that i have the Weathertech BumpStep from my previous truck. Will be putting it on today.

Remember, make sure whatever tires you all buy MUST support appropriate weight of CT. Either LT or XL rated in stock size. That should be #1 priority.
#2 priority…don’t buy tires that are inferior to stock. What is the point? Just to be different? I will never compromise my and family’s...
From TireRack: (LT tire tested)
Toyo Open Country A/T III (Off-Road All-Terrain, LT265/70R17 E 121/118S)
What We Liked: The steering feels natural and it’s quite good in the snow.
What We’d Improve: It’s loud on the road and needs a substantial increase in wet traction.

Hey all, I have been on other forums with my previous off-road SUVs. So I have been reading a lot about truck tires.
Disclaimer: I don’t know enough about AT3 EV version…but I would still not get them.
The AT3 came to market from design to production in ONE year. That is a very short time...
Toyo AT3 … they are NOT good tires. I would avoid them.
At3 has been reviewed extensively by professionals. Not very good on-road. Noisy. Bad in wet. Pretty shocking because two independent reviewers came to the same conclusion!
If you can, I would exchange them out.
Mine is quiet at any speed. In fact, BEFORE the install, I had a screeching sound whenever there was a cross-wind at high 70+ mph speed. AFTER the install, no more! So, the light bar has made my CT quieter! Go figure.
This thread has turned into a sh!t show. Dear goodness sake, a funny make fun thread turned into a freaking political and "teaching moment" snobbery BS.
Hey my daughter has Subaru Impreza RS. Great little car…amazing traction in any weather! Fun to drive too despite CVT.
But yeah, a guy driving a Subaru…is a confused guy. :D
2024 FS CB. Premium connectivity, FSD, and free supercharging all included for $108k sticker (and thanks to TX EV discount, i paid $115k out the door) . I drive around 35k miles per year. No brainer for me!
I did add tire/wheel package protection monthly fee after buying it.
So, i now have...
