I'll be interested on the maneuvers though to transfer reservations. I can think of an elaborate way to do it and I would like to know of it's the same.

I have one for sale but since I'm taking delivery of my FS on Saturday my "ready to build" email for the second CT won't come anytime soon (probably). I think the way to do it is to enter a contract with you that for $X, you will get the reservation. When build time comes, you will build it under my account. When it's ready, we put both our names on the order, registration, Purchase Agreement, insurance, title, etc but use your address on everything. I will probably have to be at delivery to sign, too, but maybe not. You drive off and live your life but after a month or so when you get the official title from the DMV we retitle it under just your name, as per the contract you and I signed.

Thank you very much but to use the TSLA shareholder promotion you can't have already bought one under that account. So your 2nd reservation wouldn't qualify - I have a 2nd reservation too.

My reservation was within minutes of my first reservation so I would think I would be at the top of the list already. But they may have skipped it because my first reservation turned into an order.

I'm in the same boat (both reservations immediately when the site went live), but they have not been sending a 2nd invite even if they were placed moments apart. There is a limit of 1 Foundation Series per account. I'm sure you will be invited once the Foundation Series ends and regular deliveries begin but we just dont know when that will happen. My guess is that they will give every owner a chance to spend the extra $20k (including people that go on the website today or this summer) before allowing regualr price purchases.
