Why do we see Summon Standby when we don’t yet have Summon? Maybe we get Summon on this update?

Just downloaded 26.8, but don't see the low power mode in the app and cannot adda 5th icon to the bar

it is very hard to add the 5th icon if you have a case on your phone. you have to move it very close to the edge for it to stick. I had to remove my otterbox case.
