Must I pay before I can schedule delivery?

Noticed VIN in App on Feb 26 -- didn't get email or anything so not sure if I had VIN even earlier. I just found out by randomly checking the app.

The App can't let me schedule delivery appointment yet however it lets me add insurance and make final payment.

Do I have to pay first before they will allow me to schedule appointment? Or should I just wait for the appointment to be scheduled first?

I would wait until delivery is set and you take delivery.

That's what I'm thinking. The app says to provide insurance and pay to avoid delays. So confusing.

I am on the same boat. I also have trade-in waiting to be appraised. Didn’t get the delivery date yet. Still waiting to complete financials and insurance.

I was told by my delivery team that -
Once you receive your VIN no reason not to submit insurance and final payment. It also shows the delivery team that you are ready to accept delivery.
